Quotes, Payments & Refunds

• Payments are handled by invoice only
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless required by Australian Consumer Law

Nothing on this page excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim

This clause does not exclude any rights or remedies you have under Australian Consumer Law.
